Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the lodge was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable with a well-designed layout. Despite the occasional noise of the elephants outside, the spacious bathroom made up for it. The lodge's service was exceptional and the location, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and happy elephants, was a dream come true. The dining experience was pleasant, though a bit pricey for its size. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything a guest could need for a relaxing stay.
Staying in a Park View Room was a delightful experience. The hotel offered nice, clean rooms with excellent WiFi connection. However, the view did not overlook the park but instead a large pen at the back housing five elephants, which was unique to witness during our stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms, despite not having a garden view as expected, were nice, clean, and lovely. They are close to each other, offering a view of a wall with some green plants, providing a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with Lenny standing out for treating us exceptionally well. While there was a strong attempt at upselling, the service was overall extra accommodating. The location was simply amazing, being able to witness the elephants settled for the night, munching away on their food. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a good selection of hot and continental options with a beautiful view of the elephants bathing pond. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a comfortable experience.
I had a mixed experience with the hotel. Our room had a view of where the elephants sleep at night, giving us an interesting insight into their lives, but it was not the 'garden view' I expected. The room itself was dirty and dingy, overlooking the back of Park View rooms with a small garden and elephant road in between.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also provided a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. One of my favorite things was the fresh fruit provided daily along with thoughtful touches such as books on elephants and Bali to enjoy. Additionally, the view of the elephants sleeping all night gave me a 24-hour snapshot of their well-being and how they are treated.
The hotel rooms were superb, extremely comfortable with everything you could want and need. The service provided was fantastic, including first aid assistance for my daughter. The location was a letdown as I couldn't walk anywhere, but the hotel helped arrange trips. The dining experience was very average, and the facilities were good.
Staying in the room was comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, the rooms were rather dark with no view and located very close to each other, impacting the overall ambiance.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the price was on the higher side. The service was friendly and helpful, although some amenities were lacking. The location was unique, surrounded by elephants, but access to nearby areas was pricey. The dining was decent but overpriced. Overall, a memorable stay with some drawbacks.
In the Park View Room, I found the spacious and comfortable rooms quite enjoyable. However, they were a bit pricey for what you get; next time, I might just opt for a day trip instead.
The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable with everything I could want and need, but the 'garden view' was not recommended due to the presence of ants. The service was a bit ambiguous about what was included, and there was a strong attempt to upsell. The location, although not ideal for walking around independently, was amazing with palm trees and elephants visible. The dining experience was pricey for a small selection, and the buffet lacked variety. The facilities were decent but could use improvement in certain areas.
